1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the fb004 Platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or redeeming rewards — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of the fb004 Platform, including registered players, guests, and any other individuals who access the Platform. If you are accessing fb004 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and use the fb004 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the fb004 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

fb004 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

fb004 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe that a player is under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the account, conduct a full investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be void and forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of fb004 Services, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. fb004 relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable regulations.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the fb004 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fb004 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying fb004 immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15 if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

fb004 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

fb004 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. fb004 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All transactions on the fb004 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. fb004 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. fb004 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and player tier.
• Currency: All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• Fees: fb004 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which fb004 accepts no responsibility.
• Fraud Prevention: fb004 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any account suspected of fraudulent deposit or withdrawal activity will be suspended pending investigation. Confirmed fraudulent activity will result in permanent account closure and referral to law enforcement authorities.

fb004 reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that is found to be in breach of these Terms or applicable law, including but not limited to transactions associated with money laundering, fraud, or identity theft.

5. Gameplay and Wagering

All games available on the fb004 Platform — including Dragon and Tiger, Super Keno, Ocean King Jackpot, Ultra Treasure, Super Bingo, and Golden Leopard — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.

• All wagers placed on the fb004 Platform are final once confirmed. fb004 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers.
• Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface prior to placing a bet.
• fb004 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. All game results are final and binding.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, fb004 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• Winnings are credited to your fb004 account balance immediately upon the conclusion of each game round, subject to any applicable verification requirements.

fb004 reserves the right to void any wager or withhold any winnings where there is evidence of exploitation of a software error, collusion, cheating, or any other form of fraudulent or dishonest conduct.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

fb004 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all fb004 bonuses and promotions:

The fb004 Rewards program, including its five loyalty tiers and associated benefits, is governed by the Rewards program terms available on the Rewards page, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fb004 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the fb004 Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the fb004 Platform.

fb004 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these prohibited conduct provisions and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including but not limited to suspending or permanently closing the relevant account, voiding all associated balances and winnings, and reporting the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the fb004 Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, animations, audio, video, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of fb004 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fb004 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the fb004 Platform without prior written consent from fb004.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any fb004 content.
• Use any fb004 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the fb004 Platform.

Any unauthorised use of fb004 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by fb004.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fb004, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the fb004 Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond fb004's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results or account balances that are subsequently corrected by fb004.

The fb004 Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall fb004's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fb004 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data

fb004 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the fb004 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

fb004 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• fb004 suspects fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity associated with your account.
• You fail to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• fb004 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in fb004's dormant account policy.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or compliance checks.

You may close your fb004 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that closing your account does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the date of closure.

13. Amendments to These Terms

fb004 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and fb004 arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the fb004 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact fb004's support team as described in Section 15 to initiate this process.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial notice, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent fb004 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
